So I realize that it has been well over a week since you’ve heard from me, and I apologize, but may I just say that I had one of the BEST weeks of my life! I could not possibly put everything I want into one post without writing a mini-biography, so I’m going to sum it up as best I can and get back to the normal world of blogging starting tomorrow! This was the most amazing week and a much needed week… before this week, I was beginning to fall into a deep state of depression, just from missing friends and family back home and absolutely hating my job. I was able to pull out of that because of the amazing week I just had and I’m working hard on ways to stay happy and healthy and working hard to not fall back into that depression. Let me share with you some AWESOMES of the week!
* Being FIRST in line for Mount Everest one morning *
* Watching the Cirque de Soleil Show – La Nouba – seriously… these people are amazing! *
* Spending good quality time with Nick, Trey, Kathryn, Joel, and Tanna *
* Having an entire week off of work! *
* Watching the Illuminations show from the window of the Mexican Restaurant *
* Going to the water park the first day it’s open after refurbishment *
* Being at Extra Magic Hours each morning to ride every ride 3 times before it’s crowded *
* Eating lots of pretzels *
* Getting two beautiful bracelets from Kathryn *
* Getting a 50% discount at Flippers Pizzeria THREE TIMES because I work at a Resort *
* Watching an awesome stunt show *
* Going on a safari *
* Getting the most use out of my free passes for Disney, seriously.. I’m a Disney Pro Now! *
I’ll be working hard this week to catch up on some posts and link-up for some bloggers swaps I’ve done.
This is my first time to link up for Friday Letters with Ashley over at Adventures of Newlyweds
Dear Friday, it’s nice that you’re actually my Saturday… so I’m enjoying the day off! Dear Internal Alarm Clock, people think I’m absolutely crazy that you can wake me up at 6:30am and I let you do that, but secretly I love my early morning… even on my days off! So thanks! Dear Panera Bread, I have only had you like once or twice since you aren’t in my home town, but now that I’m in Orlando and my mother sent me a $25 gift card for Valentines day, I’ll be having you this morning and I’m so excited. Dear lady who is doing my pedicure later today, I’m sorry if my feet are absolutely grotesque… I’m on my feet every day all day doing disgusting housekeeper work and they are in need of serious TLC, please don’t puke when you see them! Dear Epcot, I’m so excited to finally see you again tonight with my fabulous roomies… I’ve missed spending time with them and I’ve missed seeing Illuminations. Dear Saturday, thank you for being so close to getting here because Nick will finally be in town tomorrow and then that means it’s almost time for Trey and Kathryn also..and then Joel and Tanna and since I’ve been so homesick lately, I think it will help me feel a little better when they are here. Dear Disney World, I’m not your friend right now… you are fabulous to your guests, but I’m not so impressed at the present moment with how you treat your employees – just in case you were wondering!
Happy Friday lovelies! Hope it’s a fabulous one, I’m about to kick off one great week here in Orlando since I’ll have six days off next week for friends coming to town! I’ll be posting pictures and everything, of course, so stay tuned!!
