A Thursday that’s OK!

Its Ok Thursdays

I’m not sure why it bothers me to just title my post “It’s OK Thursday”, I just feel the need to tweek it for some reason haha, so on this lovely Thursday,  It’s OK…

… that I have the day off from work to spend time with friends and family

… that I’m excited about learning how to crochet over the Christmas Holidays

… that I love yard work and plan on raking leaves when I’m home

… that I’m probably the craziest person in the world for the previous comment

… that I don’t have my life planned out yet

… to still be heartbroken over the precious angels that lost their lives last week

… to love starbucks!

… to still have 2 presents I need to absolutely get! (mother and sis)

… to be hungry as I write this post (boo!)

… to laugh at something and pretend that you’re laughing at something you saw on pinterest.. when that’s really not the case (I’m so terrible at saving face)

… to really hate that I have to read a book I don’t want to read over the break for work

… to love Thursdays mainly because of this link-up!

What I’m LOVING Wednesday!


I’m loving

Great tacky sweater- homemade!
This adorable Christmas party idea!! This is happening next year, for sure!  I’m not sure I could look as adorable as her, but by golly, I’m gonna try!

My family and friends!  I feel so blessed.

My delicious Starbucks peppermint mocha skinny right now while I write this.

That I have off tomorrow from work!

That I plan on teaching myself how to crochet over the holiday break! I have so many things I’d love to make!

but seriously. I want these.
Some gryffindor underwear! Absolutely NEED this!

I like this idea. Start the year with an empty jar and fill it with notes about good things that happen. Then, on New Years Eve, empty it and see what awesome stuff happened that year. Good way to keep things in perspective.
This idea for a blessing jar or something similar.  I plan on using this next year to document something that brings me joy every day or a special event that
takes place! I think this is a wonderful way to remember great moments of life and live each day to the fullest, constantly trying to find ways to find a cherishable moment!
