Blog Design Update

Just wanted to update y’all real fast on what’s new with the blog!  As I’m sure you’ve noticed, we have a new blog design and I just ADORE it!

If you’ll notice on the navigation bar, I have a tab for diy, giveaways, and recipes.  There you can find any diy projects or recipes I’ve ever posted on the blog and any giveaways I have going on at the moment!  Right now, it doesn’t amount to much, but hopefully I will be more motivated to grow those pages now.

I also have two really fabulous buttons!  If it floats your boat or scratches your itch to use one of those buttons on your blog, I wouldn’t mind! 🙂

I also have all the social media Icons that will take you twitter, instagram, facebook, bloglovin, e-mail, and pinterest!  Have fun with that and follow along if you so choose!

You will also notice my adorable signature at the bottom of each post as a lovely reminder to each of you how much I love you!

Dear Friday, why hello there!  Dear cozy snuggly blankey, I’m enjoying our quality time curled up on the couch, blogging, and watching HIMYM.  Dear blog friends, do y’all ever wonder if I do anything else besides sit on the couch, blog, and watch HIMYM?  Dear cappie, I can’t wait to snuggle with you and take you on a walk and play with you!  Dear V-day, I have my card made and my gift purchased, can’t wait for it to arrive on Friday!  Dear Cranberry Apple tea, you sufficed in place of my coffee this morning, but ideally, I’d like to have you both, so I should really go get some new coffee filters!  Dear beautiful Georgia fall weather (picture above), I seriously miss you! I got some of the most beautiful pictures from my trip back in Thanksgiving and I miss it!  Dear My Memories, thanks for giving me the opportunity to give my lovely readers a free download of the My Memories software here!  Dear blog brain, You’re really not coming up with any good material, so I guess that means it’s time to peace out!

It’s OK…
… to feel so much more organized with my Erin Condren planner
… to feel like this little blog is about to take off just because I can schedule a ton of stuff for it now haha
… to work on staying calm when I get angry (it’s usually unnecessary anger)
… to love the feedback I got from my post about a blog swap and link-up!
… to adore, I mean seriously ADORE, my new design! What do y’all think?
… to not understand the purpose of vine, I don’t think I’m hopping on that train.
… to hate the little red number above an icon on my iphone.  I have to open the message, clear the call or voicemail, make that update… like STAT!
… to be excited about going home this weekend, it’s been almost a month. I miss my family, my little puppy dog and my sweet friends!
… to get irritated with the boyfriend when he gets me hooked on meaningless games (such as Temple Run on the iphone)
… to secretly LOVE the competition with myself on Temple Run
… to love My memories, check out the giveaway here
… to already be planning a surprise for the boyfriend’s birthday, he’s seriously going to LOVE it!
… to be worried that he’s going to buy this thing for himself before I get the chance to give it to him!
… to love the new blog relationships I’ve made recently, you gals are fabulous!
… to sometimes type “you guys”, but then contemplate the fact that I’m a southerner and the proper way to say that is obviously “y’all” so I correct myself!
… to check out my vlog below about the worst item of clothing in your closet – I’m even wearing it!
