… to choose not to blog because you need the time off to think through things
… to choose to blog for one special occasion, of course… It’s Ok Thursday!
… to sent home from work because they literally don’t have anything for you to do
… to go to Animal Kingdom park because you got sent home
… to also be spending the day off watching Harry Potter and cleaning for Inspection
… to have way too many reeses from Easter and your birthday because that’s what you asked for
… to choose this time to work on self control since you have the reeses to help you do that
… to be sad to have to wait ANOTHER YEAR for a day to celebrate you!
… to be excited about another year ahead though
… to love being 23! I think it’s a great age!
Happy Thursday!!
I’ll get back on track once I get through a few personal things around here, then I’ll make sure to fill all you fabulous followers in on what’s been going on the past few weeks!
I’m eating a quarter of a Watermelon right now… contemplating my plans for the weekend. I made a nice little walk down to our local Publix and they always have these quarter size watermelons that are absolutely fresh, delicious, and reasonably priced. Needless to say, Watermelon is one of my favorite fruits and I usually can’t resist. I needed to grab some cash for tolls on the way to the airport tomorrow and to give some gas money to my lovely roommate who is driving me and since I don’t have a bank in walking distance, I chose Publix and grabbed me one of those watermelons!! It’s quite heavenly!
As I’m sure most of you know… I’m a planner! I haven’t really had much to plan lately because my work schedule kind of does it for me… wake up, go to work, go home, workout, go to bed… repeat! I finally had Spring Break to plan when Nick, Trey, and Kathryn came to town, so that was like therapy and we ended up having the most fabulous week you could ask for! Then I decided I was going to head home for my birthday, Easter, and to bring my car back to Orlando… so naturally, I’ve been planning the crap out of this 4 day weekend and practically stuffing everything I possibly can into it!!
Sorry it’s SO small… the next size up was so big it would roll off the page!
I, of course, have a much more detailed layout of this schedule at my disposal, but this is a summary! So excited to see all my friends and family back home!
I will now finish my delicious watermelon (HELLO SPRING!), start packing and probably watch the 3rd Harry Potter because I didn’t make it to that last night!
Unfortunately, Nick ended up taking my camera home with home after our fabulous week together for Spring Break, so I haven’t had my camera to take pictures of dinners I’ve made, or fun things I’ve done, so I tend to not want to blog because I can’t put up any new pictures. So I hope only my words aren’t boring you all too much.
Tonight is going to be EPIC!… or… a more appropriate term would be… LEGEN-wait for it-DAIRY!
I just finished making a wonderful dinner… and let’s just lay all the cards on the table and be honest… I haven’t made a real meal in I don’t even know how long! So this is a huge accomplishment (which is quite sad… because I use to cook a real meal every single night for the most part in college). I’m making seasoned tilapia on a bed of rice with green beans… YUM! Then I plan on finishing the Hunger Games which is exciting because I’ll be seeing the movie this weekend, and then I plan on watching the third Harry Potter movie (which, if you’ve been reading, you know I’m way behind and have been catching up on books and movies). So tonight will be fabulous!
Thursday I’ll get my camera back and I’ll try to have some more eventful posts – I know I’ll have a lot of inspiration this weekend with so many fun things planned!
