Bliss #3

Yay for another month of seeing what is bringing each and every one of you Bliss!  If you’re interested in link-up with us this month or any month after, all you need to know is you share your favorite things from the month – things that have brought you Bliss!

We are finally feeling some heat here in Mississippi and I’m overjoyed!  A few weekends ago, I was at the ball park and at the arts and crafts festival in the Cotton District in Starkville.  Guess what – I got burned.  I’m not a big fan of the tanning bed and I don’t like getting burnt.  I want to preserve my skin and keep it looking youthful, so I knew it was finally time to invest in some sunscreen for the Summer ahead.  Of course, even in the winter you should be wearing sunscreen.  I always have SPF 15+ on my face.  Always.  I decided to take a little further this year though and protect even when I least expect it (i.e. driving in my car).

Coppertone Sport SPF 50, for my active running/biking days
Coppertone Clearly Sheer SPF 30 for sunny days (driving in my car)
Coppertone Oil Free Faces SPF 30
Blistex SPF 15 for my lips (another missed spot most of the time)
Talking about getting ready for the summer – swimsuits and short skirts are vastly approaching and I’m head over heels in love with Jergens Natural Glow Moisturizer.  I went with the Firming lotion to help with my cellulite.  I love this stuff.  Even though I don’t tan often, I enjoy having a little “color” on my legs and this keeps me from looking and feeling pasty white!
This month was also my birthday – another thing that brought me complete Bliss.  I love my birthday, but what I love even more are the people who make my birthday special.  My sweet co-host here, Meg, surprised me with some happies for my birthday!
I’m fairly certain I forgot something, but she hit the nail on the head with this y’all!
The cutest desk pad
Dunkin’ Donuts coffee
RunDisney bracelet – so motivating!  In case you can’t read it (Every Mile is Magic)
Confetti Cupcakes
Ombre Nail Polish
Of course, a Reese’s Egg!
I adore this girl like something crazy!  Thank you Meg!
Back to beating the heat for summer… lastly, I’m loving the new sandals I got!  They go with just about anything, they have great cushion, and they’re so light!
I would have taken a picture with them on my feet if it wasn’t for the Tornado’s that are about to rush through our area and if I had painted my toenails recently.  Either way, I love these shoes!
What is bringing you Bliss this month?  Link-Up and share!

The Jergens Natural Glow Firming stuff is AWESOME. I just bought another tube earlier this week. I’m naturally pale, but I don’t want to look fake either, so this stuff is definitely my summer go-to. I’ve used it for a few years already and have never had a problem. I’m up in Virginia and it’s only just not getting really hot. My boyfriend is from Simpson County, Mississippi and we’re moving down there next year. He claims I won’t survive but I think I’ll be fine. Especially if I bring me a tube of Jergens and pretend I withstood the heat all day! Mwahaha!

Yaaayy I’m so glad you liked everything!!! I NEED some of that warm weather up here… I think we have only had 4-5 days in the 60s so far… seriously. I loooove Jergens and bought that Natural Glow with SPF 20… Mike thinks it’s hysterical that I’m trying to fake tan and reduce real tan at the same time lol.

Good idea to get ready for summer with sunscreen!! It’s been so long since I’ve worn anything that exposes my arms and legs to sunlight (cold weather!) that I haven’t had much sun exposure lately. Love the new nail polish kit!
