Easy, Delicious, & Vegetarian!

Good Morning!! Hope y’all are geared up and ready to go for Christmas, because holy smokes, that sucker is right around the corner!  I had 2 exciting posts that I wanted to do this week, but I just never got around to them.  Yesterday, I was going to do Boys Behind the Blog, but I really wanted to do a vlog…. Nick wouldn’t have any of that! lol  He did agree to answer the questions though, but then we kept forgetting… and finally, I just gave up because it was super late last night.  You’ll hear from him next month, I’ll get a jump-start on that.  Then today I wanted to join up with Mama Kat with one her writing prompts and write about pajamas.  It wasn’t going to be a boring post, I had a story behind a pair of pajamas I own.  I may still write about that within the next week, but I didn’t get to it today.  With Nick being back in town for the Holidays, I don’t get as much done with blogging because I’m out enjoying our time together – I’m not sorry about it, but I do neglect certain posts that I had planned on writing.  Last night we had dinner at his moms with his sister and her boyfriend.  It was delicious!  We then watched Grown Ups 2, which was really lame, but did have us laughing a lot – so I’d call that a win.  Instead of an awesome post (from Nick or about pajamas), I thought I’d share an awesome recipe.  It’s easy, it’s delicious, and it’s vegetarian.  The word recipe makes it sound like more than it is though…. so don’t be fooled, you won’t have to do any measuring or baking.  It’s THAT easy!

Bagel, Cheese, then Egg!

Perfect Breakfast Sandwich!

Got the right amount of yolk spilling out! YUM!
Egg & Cheese Everything Bagel
Everything Bagel (I use Thomas’)
1 Egg
1 Slice of Cheese (I use Velveeta)
Toast your bagel.
While your bagel is toasting, cook up your egg.  I add a small thing of butter before putting my egg in.  Let it cook up good on one side, then flip.  I don’t like to cook it all the way through, but I cook it most of the way through so it’s not too runny, but near my last bite, I like having a small amount to dip in.  Place the cheese on your toasted bagel, plop your egg on top, and you have a delicious breakfast sandwich, made at home, with a lot less calories!
ENJOY!  and Happy Friday!

We watched Grown Ups 2 at the cheap theater on our anniversary…it was Angel’s idea and even he admitted afterwards that it’s not really the kind of movie that would appeal to me. 😛 But still, sometimes it’s nice to watch a movie that will make me laugh and not think.

I’m terrible at frying eggs! I’m afraid I’ll mess it up!
