Linking up with Amber for Spring Favorites!
Spring is such a beautiful time of the year. I’m stuck in Florida at the moment though where it seems like summer has already hit home, blah! I could probably go on and on about what I love about spring, but honestly, there is a lot that I love about each season (I obviously won’t go into all of that now).
{1} Running in the A.M.
A good morning jog is the best!! It’s a little chilly when you get up, maybe a little breezy, extremely fresh air, and by the time you get done with your run, you’re not dying from the dramatic cold or extremely hot weather. A spring morning provides the best running weather!

{2}My Birthday!
Yes… I’m kind of a fanatic when it comes to birthdays… especially my birthday! Some people don’t think birthday’s are that important, but to me… they are one of the most important! If someone is special in my life, then I’m thankful for the day that they were put on this Earth, so I celebrate that! I’m also thankful that I’m alive and well and breathing each new day, so I’m going to celebrate making it another year! It’s not about age and how old I’m getting, it’s about celebrating the year that God has given me! My birthday is April 9th incase any of you fabulous bloggers wanted to wish me a Happy Birthday – I’m a little obsessed with my birthday! haha

{4} A natural Tan
I use to go to the tanning bed back in highschool, but realized how dumb that was. I immediately stopped because 1. I was wasting money and 2. I was aging myself way faster than I wanted. I also realized right around that time that I could get an even more natural tan just from being out in the sun 30-40 minutes every morning on my run, so I stopped going to the tanning bed. I love the look of a natural slow tan. I don’t want to be pasty white, but I also don’t want to be really dark, I just want a little color and being out in the sun unprotected for about 30 minutes a day getting good Vitamin D does that for me. I’m not great about putting on sunblock just on a regular day (except for my face, that is ALWAYS protected) but I do try to wear sunblock if I’ll be exposed for a long time. I just don’t believe in tanning beds anymore… they’re fake, they’re harmful, and they’re just not good for you!
Happy Tuesday, almost to the middle of the week!
