Wow… I’m somewhat speechless! Ever since I started blogging last year, I have felt like a tiny itty bitty fish in this big ole ocean of blogging! I mean, who hasn’t at some point, right? So it feels like such an accomplishment and a huge honor to have received my very FIRST blogger award! The award I was given was the Liebster Award!
Liebster is German for “dearest” or “favorite” and the Liebster Blog Award recognizes up-and-coming bloggers with fewer than 200 followers.
It was so uplifting to read all the encouraging words that Ashley at Civic Stitching said about me when she gave me this award! You can check out her liebster award post here!

My 5 blog choices:
1. Considering Liebster means “dearest” it only seems appropriate to give this award to my sweet little sister, Vanessa, she JUST started her blog, so you should definitely check her out at Giggles and Glitter. She is my precious baby sister and I love her so!
2. I absolutely adore this blogger! It is something about the way she talks and the realness (is that a word?) in her posts! She is also a Georgia fan, which is fabulous!! She blogs about all kinds of random things, so it’s always a great surprise to read her posts! Check out Lori at a crazy walk on the safe side
3. The next blogger I met through a swap! I was so pleased to be paired with her because her blog is too cute and she blogs about some really cute and crafty stuff! She is also an aspiring teacher, so I think her blog title idea was the cutest! Check out Lindsay at Learn with Lindsay!
4. Leigh is a relatively new blogger, but her little family is so precious and I really enjoy reading up on what they do! She has various things from recipes to book reviews! Check out Leigh at A Boy, His Girls, A Big Dog, and a House
5. I do my best to read a variety of blogs, I have some college girls like myself, some runners like myself, but I also follow a few mommy blogs! I’ve learned that I can’t relate to a lot of them because, well, the DIY projects they do (usually way out of my price range), the things they talk about (usually have nothing to do with me), so I was so excited when I found Randee at Randee’s Organized Chaos because even though she is an adorable mom and talks a lot about her kids and the things they do, I absolutely LOVE reading about it because she keeps it down to earth and some of the recipes/snacks she makes for her children’s classes are the FUNNEST things I’ve ever seen! Please check her out!
