I’m getting pretty impressed with myself, I’m not gonna lie. Do you ever find yourself pinning a gazillion DIY projects that you just HAVE to try and then well… let’s be real, it’s been a while since pinterest was first opened up and I’d take a wild guess that, like me, you haven’t done even one or two of those projects yet! That’s where I’ve been until recently. I’m on a tight budget, so my projects are moving slowly, but I’m impressed that I’ve done any of them! I did my {Date Night Jar} and now I’m actually in the process of working on this lovely project!
That is of course going to be a Mississippi. I started on this little project last night with two sweet friends. Mine is that beautiful turquoise you see, Brooke chose a yellow like sunshine, and Jamey went with Maroon (our school color).

I’m getting on this huge kick of wanting to do tons of DIY and wanting to bake. For Christmas I’m asking for a lot of baking goods! At the moment, since I have a limited budget, I’m trying to find inexpensive projects. I’m also going to be in the works for my very first advent calendar this week. Another DIY project! I’m telling you, I’m super impressed with myself because I’m actually doing something with these boards I have on pinterest! It really gives you a feeling of accomplishment!
There will of course be some step-by-steps posted on the blog once my projects are done! Hope you lovely wonderful people are having an exceptional Wednesday, we’re half-way to Friday! I know you’re excited too!
How many pinterest projects have you actually done?
What keeps you from doing them?

I love the string state! Cant wait to see how yours turns out.
