Happy New Year with Resolutions

HAPPY NEW YEAR!
Time to discuss New Year’s Resolutions!  I think their important, other people don’t, but for me, it’s like having a blank page to write a new chapter on and there is so much that can happen in this next year.  We are able to write most of our own story, but there is also so much we can’t control, so why not control what you can and make goals for yourself to better yourself in the best way possible?!
Read 30 New books
Write a memory and put it in a jar every day
(but let’s be realistic, if I do at least 3 times a week, I’ll be happy!)
Complete 2 Half-Marathon’s
(I’m training for 1 in February right now!)
Complete 1 Triathlon
(I’m pretty sure this was in the plan this past year, but I was so nervous, I can’t let that happen again!)
Eat Vegan 3 days out of the week
Complete my 26 Acts of Kindness in memory of the Sandy Hook Shooting
What are your New Year’s Resolutions?
How do you think you did in 2012?
Do you think 2013 will be better?

I’m hoping to read more this year too! I may try for 30 books. In 2012 I read 25, which isn’t too bad, but I’d really love to read more.

Hmm I kinda like that memory jar idea. Someone else posted about taking a picture a day, which I love that idea too. So much fun!
