Just some big blogging news!

Hey Hey Hey!
I think I just like sharing embarrassing pictures of myself on the blog… another is coming Thursday, FYI!

www.fromheretothere-blog.com

I would love to introduce y’all to my .com domain name!  You will now be reading from www.fromheretothere-blog.com.  I wish I could give y’all an awesome tutorial on how to do this because that’s usually what bloggers do, right?  Welp, this girl doesn’t fool with that kind of stuff when she has an awesome dad who works in the computer industry and can handle it all for her – so there… be a little jealous, maybe?  I’m just kidding, I wouldn’t want to rub it in your face, but really… I’m thankful because it makes a lot of stuff that much easier on this technology challenged girl.

I will also be taking off for Blog Elevated Conference tomorrow morning and I’m pretty epically stoked about it!  I have some great posts scheduled this week to keep y’all company and of course you can follow me on instagram & twitter (@hblack79) to keep up with all the fun stuff!  Dad also helped with the business cards, but next time… those puppies are getting professionally done because they were a pain in the royal tail!  I think I’m about ready for the trip and of course, I can’t wait to see the cutest toddler I know!  Y’all can expect a full re-cap of the conference when I return and probably a lot of changes around here because I’ll be working to implement all the knowledge I get!

Training Update: Yesterday I completed a 6 mile run for my Half Marathon training and it went great!  I have another 4 miler this evening and then hopefully while I’m off in Houston, I’ll manage to squeeze in my 7 miler near the end of the week. I miss a day here and there, but over all the training is going great! There are only 53 days left!
Job Update: Haven’t heard back yet from the Marketing position I’m hoping for, but I’m crossing my fingers that my 8 hour drive tomorrow will bring me a many phone calls and e-mails!  Keeping my spirits up as best as I can, have had a few minor breakdowns, but I read this post about being happy even if your happenings are not and it made thankful for all that I am truly blessed with in my life.  So here’s to being happy even when I’m jobless and living with and off my parents!
Cheers to Monday!

Happy blog conferencing to you! And that’s exciting about your new domain! I’ve had mine for almost a year now–the process of getting it all set up was a pain, I don’t think I’d ever want to do it again!
