In case you wanted to know….

As I was perusing my bloglovin feed this morning, I’ve been seeing some REALLY GREAT posts ladies… seriously, I’m loving this morning time where I can catch up on everyone’s lives.  I had been thinking about what I would write about today and I had a few random things up my sleeve, until I saw this post by Marquis where we link up a little ‘about me’ post.  You probably think you get enough “about me” through my lame blog posts and my about me page, but I’ll try to come up with some random stuff that you might have missed here and there.  If you feel that you haven’t talked much about yourself on the blog lately (I know that sounds crazy with blogging, but it happens when we get consumed with DIY and Recipes and Reviews), then head over and link-up your post about yourself!

This morning, my post is coming to you from my living room, in pajama pants, with a lovely cup of coffee and cool whip topping!

I love fun pajama pants.  I only own 2 pairs right now, but I love them.  If I have no where to be, I could stay in them all day long.
I don’t know how to make a “sexy face”.
Exhibit A
Exhibit B
I take forever to get “on board” with the current stuff.  I didn’t read or watch Harry Potter until 2012.  I didn’t get the iPhone until 2013.  I didn’t watch the Walking Dead until it had finished Season 3.  I still haven’t watched Breaking Bad.
As much as I’d like to be calm, cool, and collected…. I’m usually not.
I was in a wedding with a guy from Kings of Leon.  He was the groom’s childhood best friend, and I was the groom’s sister’s childhood best friend so that wasn’t the first time I had met him.
I had never been to Disney World until I went to be in the College Program.  Now I’m obsessed with Disney and feel like a little excited child every time I talk about it!
I’m a Christian.  Grew up Southern Baptist, my church grew a whole lot and eventually became non-denominational because we were attracting people from so many different denominations.  A lot of people from churches around us called us a “cult”, but if they were actually a member of our church, they would see that God is just doing an incredible amount through us and I blame their skepticism on jealousy, honestly.
I was born in Atlanta.  I intend to live there at some point in my life.  It’s my favorite city.
I have 6 cats right now.  I’ve had as many as 12 cats before though.
With all that God has been revealing to me in the past few weeks, I’m seriously praying about whether or not he’s leading me to a job or back to school (for grad school).
I just realized that I slept in my necklace.  I NEVER sleep in jewelry.  So that’s a first.
I have a deep fear that I will never be satisfied with a job long-term.  I get bored easily.  I’m constantly looking for the next phase in my life.  It’s not something I’m proud of.  I hate that about myself.  It makes me seriously wonder if I’ll ever find the right job for me or that I’ll ever be content with a phase in my life.
I have a collection of scarves and ear warmers.
I would rather spend money on traveling, than on buying actual things.
My favorite t.v. show is Grey’s Anatomy or How I Met Your Mother.
I’ve been ridiculously disappointed in this season of HIMYM though….
Go link-up and tell us a little about yourself!

I love this post!! I, too, am disappointed with HIMYM so far this season… everything is fitting together too “fairy tale”-y for me, and it makes me so angry because I know the last cut of the series is going to be Ted and the mother seeing each other… and that’ll be it… we’ll never know what happens haha. I didn’t know you had so many kitties!!! We’ve had a max of 5 at my parents’ house. I loooove me some PJ pants, too!

We haven’t liked HIMYM this season either…but still totally obsessed with Grey’s….I still can’t believe the ended of the last one! I LOVE going back and watching the first episodes while I’m watching the current episodes to see how much everything has changed!!!!! And the MR. and I just watched breaking bad this summer on Netflix. It was ok, but I was ready for it to be over too!

And I tend to be the same way with the different “phases” in my life. First it was find a boyfriend, then I couldn’t wait to be engaged…then married…and now I’m itching for a baby! I think we all have trouble learning to be content where we are, but I also think that life is about growing and changing and continually moving forward not just standing still! I’m never one to be content doing the same thing over and over gain, I love learning new things and being challenged!

I watched two episodes of Breaking Bad and was over it. And I just started reading Harry Potter this past summer and am only halfway through the 6th book, but I am obsessed!

I still haven’t read Harry Potter or watched Breaking Bad. I’m glad I’m not alone!
