I am not a vegan, but I’ve experimented with a few vegan recipes. I love the discipline that vegans have to not only abstain from meat, but dairy as well. I’ve been on that journey before – it’s a tough one. One day, maybe I’ll be a vegan, but as a vegetarian, I still enjoy cooking and learning about veganism.
