My Favorite Arbonne Products/Recommendations:
- Vitamin B12+D Spray
As a vegetarian and mostly vegan, it’s important that I supplement a Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D in my diet. I could take a crummy pill every single day or ever couple of days, or I could use this easy and tasty spray. I choose the spray. Why do vegetarians/vegans need Vitamin B12? “A chronic lack of vitamin B12 can lead to a nasty and incurable nerve disease called pernicious anemia. It leads to immature red blood cells, oxygen deprivation, severe fatigue, and irreversible damage to the spinal cord. Irreversible, okay? You don’t want that.” (Main Street Vegan by Victoria Moran) Vitamin D is another important supplement that we need as vegetarian and vegans, and honestly, even if you’re not a vegan, you should probably supplement Vitamin D. “This vitamin, which actually becomes a hormone in our bodies, helps maintain strong bones and also plays a vital role in immunity, brain and nervous system function, heart health, fertility, hearing, vision, carbohydrate and fat metabolism, and even cancer prevention.” (Main Street Vegan by Victoria Moran)
- Arbonne Protein Powder
If you run or workout like I do, then chances are you use some type of protein powder. Regardless if you’re a vegan or not, I highly recommend the Arbonne Vegan Protein Powder. Why? Well, most protein powders are created with Whey, in fact it’s sometimes difficult to find protein powder that isn’t, but whey is an animal byproduct and can be difficult for our bodies to digest. You’re probably thinking that the Arbonne Protein Powder is created with Soy then, but you’d be wrong. There is no soy, which is good news for vegetarians and vegans because chances are we get plenty of soy from other meals/products that we use and it’s not healthy for us to focus our diet around soy products. The Arbonne Protein Powder is formulated with pea, rice, and cranberry proteins.
- Arbonne Lip gloss
I have had the same tube of Arbonne lip gloss for almost 2 years now. I absolutely love it! I have the raisin color, which I can’t seem to find anymore, but I think the Hyacinth is very similar. Come to find out, what goes into a tube of lip gloss and lip stick is pretty disgusting, so I love having a vegan, animal friendly, alternative. I believe that even if you don’t have time to put on makeup or simply don’t want to, then a quick swipe of lip gloss and mascara can be transformative!
